A special e-publication of the CFO for the 2019 Women’s Month Celebration which aims to give due
recognition and tribute to the nine (9) women recipients of the 2018 PAFIOO, highlighting their
significant accomplishments and contributions. Specifically, this contains their brief biographies
and their invaluable contributions to the Filipino people. Furthermore, it gives light to these
exceptional women as their distinction not only serves as proof of their contribution to the Philippines,
but also sets an example for many Filipino women that their potential is limitless.

inquiries, requests for assistance, and reports of human trafficking and other
related acts such as illegal recruitment, mail order bride scheme, and child trafficking,
among others. The poster reminds the public of the different forms of human trafficking,
and report such incidents thru 1343 should they know or witness one.
International Migration of Kagay-Anon: A Study of Cagayan De Oro City’s Migration Landscape
This study aims to evaluate the strategic feasibility of establishing a satellite office for the
Commission in Cagayan de Oro City. This research delves into international migration patterns and
trends in Cagayan de Oro City, explores the drivers behind migration, assesses local government
programs and services for Kagay-anon emigrants, and analyzes the migration intentions of residents
without prior migration experience.
International Migration of Gentle People: A Study of Dumaguete City’s Migration Landscape
This study seeks to determine the strategic viability of establishing a Commission satellite
office in Dumaguete City by analyzing migration patterns and trends in the City, understanding
the factors influencing migration from the City, assessing the impact of migration on the local
community and economy, evaluating the local government’s existing programs and services for
Filipino emigrants from the City, and examining the migration intentions of Dumagueteños.
